Before sending tools for sterilization we use wrapping machine MELAseal RH Econom 100  which is created for instruments planed to be sterilized hermetic close up. Before sending tools for sterilization, especially for sterilants we use MELAdest 65 MELAG distiller, which provides high-quality water, using the oldest and the most effective method of water purification. Distiller heats the water to a temperature of 100C killing all available bacteria, viruses and other living organisms. Light volatile gases evaporate and exit through the valve in the condenser helix.

For instruments sterilization we use completely automatic autoclaves of latest generation with low-pressure vacuum pump - MELAG Vacuklav 24-B and MELAtronic 23 autoclaves. Sterilization cycle with the fragmented vacuum and vacuum after-cycle drying is designed for all types of medical instruments and supplies sterilization.

It gives a guarantee of 100% of killing all bacteria in the air. Besides, the air disinfection technology is absolutely safe for people and animals present in the room. Also, for keeping medical tools in sterile-craft packs we use special lockers with germicidal lamps.
