Leukocyte formula (leuco-cytogram, Differential White Blood Cell Count), Complete Blood Count (CBC), Syphilis RPR (Rapid Plasma Reagin – anticardiolipin test), ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) - The study is desirable and better to carry out on empty stomach. «Empty stomach» means an interval between the last meal and blood sampling which should be not less than 8 hours. |
HBsAg (HBs- antigen, hepatitis B surface antigen, "Australian" antigen), ALAT (SGPT, Alanine aminotransferase), Antithrombin III, ASAT (AST, SGOT, Aspartate aminotransferase), Activated Partial thromboplastin time (APTT), Serum Protein Electrophoresis (SPE), Bilirubin total, Bilirubin direct, Gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT), Potassium (К+), Sodium (Na+), Chloride (Сl-), Creatinine, Urea, Protein total, Prothrombin INR (prothrombin time, PT), Fibrinogen, Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) – between the last meal and blood sampling not less than 8 hours must pass (better if it will be not less than 12 hours). Juice, tea, coffee (especially with sugar) – shouldn't be used in any case. You may drink water.
Anti-HCV-total (antibodies to antigens of the hepatitis C virus), Antibodies to AIDS 1/2 (anti-HIV), Blood group (АВ0), Rhesus affiliation (Rh-factor, Rh) – any specific preparation for the study is not required.

Urinalysis (with sediment microscopy) - before urine collection hygiene procedures are required. It is necessary to do for preventing bacteria sebaceous and sweat glands into urine falling. Urine is gathering in the morning. The urine must be strictly allocated immediately after the sleep and preferably an average serving. The interval between the urine collection and its delivery to the laboratory should be as small as possible. For urine collection a special recruitment (sterile container and tube with preservative) together with instructions for urine collection must be pre-purchased at any INVITRO office bail the analysis cost. |
Patient preparation for the procedure of urine passing:
- In the laboratory medical office you will receive a container with white tube and lid with adapter and you will be explained in details how to use it in a right way.
- Before blood sample vegetables and fruits which can change the urine color (beets, carrots, etc.) are recommended not to eat. Do not take diuretics also. Before urine collecting a careful hygienic of genitals should be made. Women are not encouraged to take a urine test during menstruation.
- Collect approximately 50 ml of morning urine into a container (with white cap). To conduct a medical study properly, rush out a small amount of first morning urine (first 1-2 seconds) into the pan, and then, without stopping urination, substitute container for urine collection and collect about 50 ml of urine.
- Immediately after the urine collection, close the container with a screw cap.
- Deliver a test-tube with urine to the laboratory during the day (according to the schedule of blood tests delivery). If you can't deliver the urine into the laboratory medical office immediately, then keep the test-tube with the urine in a place with temperature of 2-8C.

- by telephone (with payment for your analysis leave the administrator a code word);
- by fax (by request);
- by e-mail (by request);
- in any of INVITRO medical offices;
- at home or in the office (for additional fee, delivery by laboratory courier);
- for an additional fee ($ 100) your analysis results can be issued in English language.
Attention!!!
Tests are valid during 30 days only. Incomplete examination may be a reason for surgery transfer into another date. Violations identified during the examination, can be a reason for surgery total failure, if this is due to threat to life and health of the patient.
Additional examination: Under certain pathological diseases additional examinations of patients are necessary to be carried out: M.R.I. (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), CT scan (computed tomography) or some other types of examinations, about which you will be told during consultation with Doctor Kamalian.
